Also assisted in processing General Attendee refunds and creating discounted access codes. Developed a whole new online booking process for Exhibitors to select their booth space via Microsoft Teams and MapYourShow. Built professional and trusting relationships with each vendor through email and video calls. Helped design the Anime Expo 2020 badges alongside the Marketing department, including the verbiage and instructions for General Attendee mailers. Assisted with contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance.
